Hi Vanina, I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to install and use Vis-Tools. Have you had a chance yet to look at the troubleshooting documentation (https://docs.idmod.org/projects/vis-tools/en/latest/troubleshoot.html) we have for Vis-Tools. There’ s a section about server.bat file which may help you resolve this issue. Please let us know how this goes and whether additional assistance/troubleshooting is needed. Ross Carter |
Closing out, as response appears to have resolved issue; however, if customer needs additional assistance on this Bryan has offered to help - as needed. |
Reopened - as customer replied seeking additional assistance for original issue reported. I'm setting up test environment to see if I can duplicate customer experience and help with troubleshooting suggestions. |
