"All" catalog tab

Dear Onyxia team,

For instance that have many service "categories" but each one with few services, what about having an option to add an "all" category tab, that would be the default if the option is enable.

You can find bellow a screenshot an implementation:

As you can see:

1. The "All" tab is separated from the other tabs with a kind of pipe |
2. Tiles in these tab contains (as, for say, subtitle) links to open the service category catalogs. It is not that pretty in our current implement but still we think it is useful to have such a link for discovery.

As discussed during last community call, we implemented such tab in our onyxia fork, one commit to display the tab, another one to fix the search. If you want us to put this commits in PR, please tell us, otherwise feel free to implement it the onyxia-pretty way :-)
