[ENH] Add tool-specific script for each team

Goal

For each SPM team, make available the SPM matlabbatch (as exported by nipype), for FSL the .feat files for AFNI the afni_proc command

Why this is useful

This should be derived automatically from what we already have (for SPM this is direct from the nipype execution for the other two we'll have to see how to do this). This will make the output of the project more useful to different types of users (nipype-friendly users but also users who are more familiar with SPM, FSL or AFNI).
