Scale SVG rendering when zooming

After an SVG is rendered the image data is kept static in an in-memory cache. This rendering doesn't change even when we scale our Scalable Vector Graphics through zooming. E.g. a very-much-so not properly scaled zoomed in SVG vv

We should support re-rendering the SVG when changing the zoom
