Problem: We need to think about several issues relating to data ownership:

Who owns the data that is private and that is public?
Who owns the data that is on the Azure production system, and on the Imperial VM.
Should users have to agree to some data ownership agreement upon registration?
How can users request that the data they added is deleted if it is public?

Proposed solution: None yet.
