Difference in normalised counts for the same sample in str-pofiles/....motif.tsv and #57

Hi! Thanks a lot for your amazing job, this is really usefull for us :)
We have a couple of samples for the analysis by EHDN. We found out that in str-psofiles/.motif.tsv we have AGC 97 1167.84 for a particular sample. But in a casecontrol.motif.tsv for the whole cohort we have 1557.11450 for AGC for this sample.
Why do we have a difference in this metrics after the data aggregation? We would be very grateful if you could give us an explanation.
