PDF export currently uses a dummy layout, we should:

  • provide a "good-looking" default
  • failsafe internationalized page numbering and localized date (Created: ...) support
  • optionally provide a "even-better-looking" default with a nice front page
  • define a supported default way to create "custom logos" (keeping "powered by Icinga") and "custom layouts"

PrintableHtmlDocument: Use a self-contained stylesheet

Fonts and resolvable images now get integrated as base64
encoded data urls. This reduces the need for network access
for them.

Some control of how the report looks would be great.
Now a lot of things get cut off in the exports that are visible via WEB.
