24th October 2023: Friday Ticket day or Tech debt day

As someone developing IBEX I want to take a day to do some concentrated work on Friday tickets or some tech debt.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a date in the diary (Kathryn set that date up before creating this ticket, the date is in the title)
• There are some suggestions on things to look at for those who don't know what to pick up in the comments of this ticket
• The day has passed

Note that these can be a flavour of the type of work as much as the tickets to pick up, if there are other suggestions, please add them.

The purpose of this day is to pick up things that would not likely get prioritised, fun stuff for a Friday usually, but tech debt too, as some of us can gain joy from reducing the tech debt.
