Hi,
I am working on adapting the ISA abstract model to describe microscopy experiments.
I have troubles reconciling the graph with the specification that follows it:
graph view

In the graph, design, measurement, parameter and technology appear as nodes, but are mentioned as properties in the following text. Conversely, no process node appear in the graph — although the text says that a sample node should either be preceded by a process node (in the Study graph) or followed by one (in the Assay graph).

Would it be possible to clarify the difference between "main" nodes and their properties (although they can be also seen as "terminal" nodes in the whole graph.

If you want, I can try to produce an updated (?) graph from the text or the JSON-schema.

Thank you in advance for any feedback :)

Best,

Guillaume

I understand now the readthedocs website is outdated (see #12)
Maybe this repository should also appear as "archived" and a warning put in the README file?
Closing this as irrelevant anyway
