An ability to set track values to zero in any track panel #293

While general editing of tracks on any panel may not be a fantastic idea, I would find it a great feature to be able to set a track to zero in an efficient way.

The main use case comes from pitch trackers, which may often find spurious "portions with pitch" in the middle of very aperiodic signals (in the middle of a fricative for instance). In my signals, actual phonation may also come into a fricative from the neighboring voiced portions, which would then be something that I would be interested in studying. Byt, then I get a mix of actual phonation and just random pitch dots in my data.

I guess this problem can transfer to other signals too. So, it would be great if you would be able to SHIFT+CTRL (or a similar key combination that you can hold but not likely by accident) and draw your mouse on a track, and points that you pass with your mouse would then be set to zero?
