I can confirm that it doesn't work at all on CS2 as it is today, on Windows 11 27768.1000.
The OpenProcess hijacking fails, but it continues to load. However, once successfully loaded, nothing is displayed on the CS2 window. Tested both Fullscreen Windowed and Windowed.

I'm sorry i didn't answer before, windows 24h2 introduced many changes to the winapi that I haven't checked yet, I downgraded from that version for the same reason.

Works fine on 24h2 tested today, you just have to execute it as administrator, i also have pushed some new commits so it might be interesting to recompile the latest version
