Cultural Values should be expanded by default

Since they are in many ways the main focus of the visualisation now, they should be expanded by default, but not at the expense of Ecological Values. Perhaps we could swap the order of them and hence have Ecological Values not expanded and Cultural Values expanded.

The other option would be to show a small sample/initial 2-3 lines of the text content (for both cultural values and ecological vaules) and allow for expansion from there ("Read more") . This would be more engaging than just showing the header as we have it now. What would also help (with the current design) is to make the entire header block area selectable (not just the chevron) and to add a hover state. This would make it more clear that you can expand the section.
