Me esta sucediendo que me queda un cluster con solo 1 elemento, en ese caso como lo hago para los 2 samples que piden.

Por que los samples se sacan de la distribución normal asociada a un cluster, no son elementos del X_reducido. Puedes samplear cuantos elementos quieras de esa normal.
