Task description

Move the Assessment Report and Supporting Document hyperlinks below the section title and align it with the previous title. Maybe changing it to blue will also help.

Marco's feedback

In the Needs/Gap Section, add he hyperlink to the assessment report below the section title and aligned with the previous point, make it more visible. Maybe changing it to blue will also help. When clicking on it, pop out a new tab, so the user doesn’t need to go back to the previous page to continue on the export. Same for targeting strategy supporting documents

The problem cannot be resolved as it is a web browser-related issue.
