General Feature: "What's new" pop-up or menu

Purpose: Inform users of new features or updates (features/bug fixes)

Description: Two possible options

• Option 1 : Create a pop-up window of all new features/updates when user lands on homepage. The lifetime of the pop-up could be of 2-3 weeks.
  OR/AND

• Option 2 : Create a new tab containing (or add in "Resources") a history/list of all new features/updates based GO versions.

Target users
All GO users. If some features are only affecting certain user groups, clarify this in the pop-up/document.

Source of Data?
Developers (new features and bug fixes)

Expected view/behaviour
Option 1 (pop-up on homepage - mockup)

Option 2 (tab containing document - mockup)
