The historical database is not comprehensive of the alerts we have displayed (?). I'm sure we have displayed alerts in Colombia (see snapshot), but in the historical dataset of the alpha version of the platform, I didn't manage to find those (and imagined then that we have some gaps in the data that we are recording).
