[PROD] Missing translations

Issue

Spanish, French and Arabic translations are not working in the system. If you click on a specific translation, you still get English text

Expected behaviour

Translation strings exist in the old system and need to be migrated to the new system. In the meantime, as you work on that, please grey out the various languages so they aren't selectable by users.

Acceptance Criteria

Click on a specific language and the pages are all translated to that language. Alerts remain in the language used from the origin.

Hi @nnjemie, here the translated list (with exception of the country names, as it is expected to be connected with GO (?)):

Thank you @ypyelab the countries and regions will actually need dynamic translations to be set up for Alert Hub as well for the translations to work for these specific filters. This had not been anticipated before but you should have received the estimates for this task in June.
