When I got to View details page of any Alert from map sidebar and go back, on the second attempt, that specific country disappears from the sidebar and also the highlight from the map is gone #112

Steps to replicate

Click on any country from map sidebar
Go to Admin-1
Select an admin
Click on an alert
Click on View Details page
Go back to the Country list
Again repeat the step and go back

Expected behavior

All the countries that have alert are listed

Actual behavior

That specific country disappears from the map sidebar, also the highlight is gone
