Add option to filter on (presence of) fix version for dependencies or vulnerabilities.
For example to filter on the presence of a fix version in the case of a Harbor vulnerability report in JSON.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add to all sources with fix version information the possibility to filter on:

• only show dependencies/vulnerabilities with a fix
• only show dependencies/vulnerabilities without a fix
• show all dependencies/vulnerabilities.
