OIDC Client Watcher user not authenticated

Hi,
I'm facing an issue with the oidc-client-watcher resource inside the IBM IAM Operator:
When I try to create a "Client" custom resource the following error appear:

Warning GetClientFailed 69s (x77 over 16h) controller_oidc_client {"error_description":"The user is not authenticated, or is not in the role that is required to complete this request","error":"access_denied"}

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the IBM IAM Operator from the IBM Common Services
2. Create a "Client" custom resource
3. get the status of this resource
4. See the warning message

Expected behavior
Updating the status of the Client resource.
