Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out and providing the screenshots.

To help you resolve this issue, could you please provide the following information:

  1. Labeling Configuration:
  • Please share your labeling configuration (the XML code from your labeling interface). This will help us identify if there are any issues that might be causing the images not to display.
  • For reference, you can review the Label Studio Image Tag documentation here: Label Studio Image Tag.
  1. Task Data:
  • Could you provide a sample of the task data you're using (an example of the JSON data for one of your tasks)? This will help us check if the image URLs or file paths are correctly specified.

Common causes for images not displaying include:

  • Labeling Configuration Issues:

    • Incorrect or missing value attributes in the labeling configuration can prevent images from loading.
    • Ensure that the value attribute in your <Image> tag correctly matches the key in your task data that contains the image URL or path (e.g., value="$image").
  • Data Issues:

    • If the image URLs or file paths in your task data are incorrect or inaccessible, the images won't display.
    • Confirm that the images are accessible from your Label Studio instance and that the paths are correct.

Once we have this information, we'll be able to assist you further in resolving the issue.

Thanks,
