Issue trying to install dependencies on Blender 3.6.5

Keep getting this error when trying to install dependencies in the preferences tab

I am running Blender as administrator and still getting this issue

@xooset this issue is resolved by uninstalling the add on, closing blender, and re-opening Blender as administrator, and then reinstalling.

@HugoTini you can close this now 🙌
