Theme of some elements on Homepage.js cannot be adjusted via the theme editor

Description
Some elements including CreateRoomButton.js, , Sign In / Sign up, and terms and conditions text have blue color and this cannot be changed via the theme editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /admin#/themes
2. Change all theme data to a certain color and save
3. Notice on the Homepage that certain elements including CreateRoomButton.js, Sign In / Sign up remain blue.

Expected behavior
I expect the theme editor to cover all visible elements on the website to be edited.
