插件启动报错：无法加载图像 #19

插件在状态是打开的情况下，退出客户端，重新打开客户端，插件没有工作，控制台提示 image.onerror 无法加载图像,canvas 设置background没有生效，body设置透明度属性也没有设置，必须要重新手动打开【设置】开关启动一下背景，才能再次打开

目前手头没对应设备没法测试，在linux系统上似乎没什么问题。

控制台报错截图看看？

我在intel mac上无法复现(3.0.13版本)，一切运行正常
