How to determine k_cs and k_cf (HydraulicPressureReliefValve)?

How can I determine k_cs and k_cf? I can't quite follow the derivation in the description of the HydraulicPressureReliefValve component in a way to relate those (and other constants?) to parameters you would find in a typical data sheet.

The specs I have for a relief valve have the following:

• A leakage coefficient when the valve is closed
• A crack open pressure (related to the spring preload force, example 1000psi)
• A single flow point above the crack open pressure (example 1gpm @ 1200psi)

How can I translate that to the parameters required for the model?
