Live chat doesn't show up on Samsung Internet Browser in Android tablet

I just discovered a weird issue when using Samsung Internet Browser app for Holodex: Live chat doesn't show up on my android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S8), but it shows normally on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra).

Using other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, live chat shows up normally on both devices

Not sure if this is Samsung Internet app issue or Holodex issue
I'd like to use Samsung Internet app because it can install Holodex as a separate app, and also can play video in background without pausing.

Can you guys check it?
