That's stupid, Inacusiateis a snowflake chem that no one uses anyway and the fact it doesn't cure deafness makes it almost useless. Bundle together with oculine when.

Oculine can cure blindness even from genetics, it makes no sense that Inacusiate can't cure deafness from damage or genetics.

I guess the only reason it might possible be like this is so you can't just take a ton of mutagen to get all the powers and disabilities and then take Oculine to cure the blindness and Inacusiate to cure the deafness if we actually changed it to do that. You would still be mute though as there is no chemical to fix genetic muteness other than Mutadone which removes all mutations, or muteness caused by other sources. Hulk would stop Epilepsy and Tourette's Syndrome stunning you i think. You only really need to be able to see and hear for combat though being able to talk properly helps but is not really needed always.

Is there any actual way to cure deafness caused by severe ear damage without some bug abuse like human -> monkey -> human like a surgery to fix ears? If there is something like this does it work for genetic deafness?
