Gained elo from a 4-13?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I gained 17 elo from losing 4-13. I was the lowest rank at silver 3 and top was gold 3. I'm just confused if I should trust this number. The photos linked are right after the game.

It just happened twice to me yesterday, lost like 9-13 and won +27 (showing 3 arrows down), then lost another game 5-13 and got 0 points (two arrows). Both played poorly by me. Then on third game lost 11-13 and finally lost like 8 points D:
Everything happened right after a long streak of unranked games o DMs, so the app wasn't showing any rank.
