The user manual for the PandarXT-32 LiDAR states that the 32 lasers are fired sequentially and that the firing time offsets need to be considered when calculating the azimuth angles of a data point. However this is not accounted for in the SDK. Could you please clarify if this is intentional?

@hkxlab22 It's no intentioanl, will be added in the next verions.

Hello, may I ask if laser spot distortion correction is needed during liDAR movement? @yangfanFred

@anchuanxu Laser spot itself should not have distortion during moving.
Due to the moving, the overall point cloud of a target may have distortion, usually user may have their own algrithm to correct this, it's usually called "motion compensation". Wether if it's needed depends on your application.
