[Bug Report] - Attempting to create a movie with no layers should report a warning #597

Describe the bug
Attempting to create a movie with no layers will make an invalid API request.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Remove all data source layers
Attempt to create a movie

Expected behavior
It should just warn the user that they can't make a movie without selecting layers, as it does with screenshots.
