Several parts of the Helioviewer API are hard coded to AIA 171, but it is not currently present in the containers.
This leads to some issues using the dev environment if you don't have 171 data available.
Currently a single AIA 304 image is embedded as the initial data for the database, we should replace this with an AIA 171 image instead.
