Check Fixed Recipes

If machines have a fixed recipe, they should only be selectable for that recipe.

Py has two machines with the same recipe category cooling. Each has their own separate recipe. Currently, Helmod thinks that both recipes can be done in both machines.

Also check that setting default machines / apply-to-all works correctly.
