Kak entrance from BOTW is not its own region, can be blocked due to not having bronze scale

This seed generated from a rando with mixed entrance pools and start without ability to swim enabled. Early in the seed, you're required to enter Kak from the BOTW entrance while the well is still flooded. This results in the seed being impossible because stepping into the water without the bronze scale immediately causes a void out and you respawn in the same location.

With the addition of the start without swim option, the lower entrance from BOTW needs to be its own region and the flooded state of the well needs to be considered when determining whether the rest of Kak can be accessed from this entrance.
