install on UBUNTU vps and help with the proxy

Hello sir.

can you tell me the commands to install it on a ubuntu vps , please ?

by the way i am looking to create a proxy server that listen on 0.0.0.0 and example port 8043 and the that proxy undestand a http resquest like :
Client send :

CONNECT 5ef50094901b6f5fccdfd0f6-157-245-247-198.cloudmi.datami.net:8081 HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n

then the http server response to the client :

HTTP/1.1 200 Connection established\r\n
Server: sdgw\r\n\r\n

i have a proxy that do that , but i do not know how to create a proxy like that :
50.18.211.227:8043

all i know it is a HTTP proxy and it says it is a

Server: sdgw
