Custom Downloads crashes when bootloader.zip isn't deleted #217
Comments
I had tested it before, and I just did it again seemingly without any issues. Could you share the contents of custom_packs.json with me? |
I dont have it with me now, but this only happens when the file size is large, tested on 90mb and 300mb file size. I just linked it to 14.1.2 firmware zip file. U need to try a few times then it will crash or hang or just stuck at extraction at 0% |
|
The screen just froze, or it just shows the message the file format is not zip. Or do u mean there is a log file in the sd card |
Hello I have the same issue downloading the "offical" hekate.zip |
yeah, in the atmosphere directory
Do you have logs too? |
Atmosphère Fatal Report (v1.1): Program ID: 010000000000100d |
as long as there is a zip file in the sd:\config\aio-switch-updater folder from the previous download, the extraction might crash. Tried a few times now it hanged at extracting... |
"Atmosphère 1.3.2-kef-647" try it without a fork of atmosphere to begin with. |
tried it without fork, same issue, just hang when extracting. U just gotta keep download repeatedly the same thing, what i tried is firmware 14.1.2 files, then change to tinfoil nsp, and keep repeating it. |
I have less problems until I don't use a forwarder but the sans applet mode. |
seems like its fixed, not sure why, maybe because of new atmosphere version. |
the 1st time i download there will not be any issues. problem only arises the 2nd time i download.
if bootloader.zip/ams.zip exists in sd:\config\aio-switch-updater the program will corrupt the whole microsd if it tries to extract out data.
I tested it 5 times, if i remove bootloader.zip/ams.zip before I download stuffs, it will not have any issues.
Is it possible to remove the bootloader.zip after aio switch updater finish extracting the zip package?
