issue with Symfony pluguin on phpstorm Windows #2302

Hello,
when executing command i have this error message

Cannot run program "bin\console" (in directory "C:\Projects\myproject"): CreateProcess error=2,

i didn't find where to configure/check path to

Env:
windows PhpStorm 2022.2.5
symfony plugin version 2022.1.242

I'm having the same issue , when clicking on "run"

I got this error.

I'm using same version as Mocif
