[2024] Import fonts, styles, and assets

We will be using this Figma design to import the fonts, styles, and assets for ZotHacks 2024.

For fonts, use Next Fonts and add them or replace the old fonts in apps/site/src/app/layout.tsx.

Please add global colors and declare them as variables to apps/site/src/lib/styles/_zothacks-theme.scss.

When downloading assets from Figma, make sure they're SVGs if possible because vector graphics are preferred over raster images. Then, add them to apps/site/src/assets in their respective folders.
