1- Note sure what do you mean by Ui design , HTMLand CSS in external constrains , but they shouldn't be there

2- very good backlog and strategy-plan

for UI design we mean that we have already the template and we will rebuild the code on that UI (Loruki template).

1- You can add General styles at the top of your css file

2- No need for navbar start and end , just add navbar
