• betafit not working, probably because Bob changed the code a lot, for example the rrefp and rrefq.

• try potfit instead now that we have one (possibly incorrect! parameter...at least we have Re, De, and a very simple potential so we can always just use potfit), since I couldn't find an older version of betafit in my folders except for one in 2009. Bob's backup folders would be the other place to check though I don't know how much he backed things up towards the end.

• turns out there's a betaFit from 2017: /home/ndattani/rleroy/betaFIT/code/bakup_17Mar28 . Might be worth it to try this one (first try to see if it compiles with "make")
