Is it possible to use the progress functionality that is built in to SignalR as mentioned in the documentation? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/signalr/overview/guide-to-the-api/hubs-api-guide-server#progress
This shows an example with jquery's built in .progress method on a deferred method. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26584754/progress-report-using-signalr-and-iprogress-interface
Looking at the source code, invoke is wrapped into a Promise and it doesn't look like progress is exposed.
