Ability to use .progress after .invoke on a connection #127

Is it possible to use the progress functionality that is built in to SignalR as mentioned in the documentation?

This shows an example with jquery's built in .progress method on a deferred method.

Looking at the source code, invoke is wrapped into a Promise and it doesn't look like progress is exposed.
