It says:

Testing test cleanup PASSED

However, the test output file vol_test_parallel.h5 is still available
in a DAOS container on Sunspot.

"test cleanup" here doesn't generally refer to cleanup of files. On the other hand, the parallel test does seem to be missing a call to H5Fdelete to clean up after itself, which is why that file is still there.
