Clinic directory

The repo contains a directory with files from Clinic (Call the Doctor).
These should be archived on DOCS and removed from this repo.

the directory clinic has been copied to DOCS bucket at https://docs.hdfgroup.org/archive/clinic.

the clinic directory in this repo hdfgroup.github.io can be removed.
Let's do this when we meet to walk through the repo to create cleanup and organization PR(s).
