checkNames and complex types

Hello, thank you for providing this package to support the output from the XICRA pipeline. I had two (hopefully) quick questions so I put them together here.

1. Where is checkNames defined?
2. Unless I am misunderstanding the prepare_data code, how does this deal with isomiRs that contain multiple variants? For example, this variant iso_3p:+1,iso_5p:+1,iso_snv_seed is split as type iso_3p and int +1,iso_5p. So it appears as though both the iso_snv_seed portion and count (+1) from the iso_5p are lost.
