Replace dead etrv2mqtt source repo

Hello,

seemingly the original etrv2mqtt repository by keton is no longer maintained and archived now.

He didn't process any pull requests for a long time.

Would it be possible that you fork the repo and use the fork as a basis for Eco2-Tools?

I've got a number of stability-improvements and bugfixes in my repo (see here, I explained every change in the commit comment) that could be of help for the users of this addon.

Besides the bluetooth-blocking everything should be pretty much compatible with hassos.

I'd like to promote the request by Cymaphore here above. I'm facing issues in using the current version (errors not allowing to connect to the TRVs).

I have just revisited this device, setting it up in my living room.

I remember having issues with connection using this repo, but for whatever reason, it connected first try and I have it set up in home assistant now...controls are sluggish, not sure why, but it seems to work.

Would be great if we can get a better working solution/fork.
