It seems like PUll requests are a little different than they used to be. I can compared my branch to the master, but it's not letting me create a new pull request.

I wrote a script and placed in GitHub\r-dh-ecohydro\Analysis\habitat\ that can be used to calculate %taxa loss from the equation summary stats. I also provide a dataset for you to test/view and verify my results in the D:\Jkrstolic\R\deqEcoflows\GitHub\r-dh-ecohydro\Analysis\habitat\pctchg_datasets folder.
