Create 'cancel visit' page (visitor side) #10

When a visitor has a scheduled visit, upon logging in they should see the 'scheduled visit' page.

This page should:

Provides the date and time of their scheduled visit.
Documentation on the dress code and document requirements.
A button that allows them to cancel the visit request.

If they cancel the visit, then after that the visitor home page should show the 'request visit' page.
