Create Docker Example

I mainly work in an offline network and want to mirror the Julia package eco-system so that I and other can install Julia pacakges as needed. I am trying to use this to achieve my goal, but I lack a lot of knowledge on how the Package Server interacts with the Registry and Storage Server. Can someone make or help me make an example docker-compose setup to be able to mirror the Julia Package Server on an offline network.
