MediaConch Installation |
Your operating system can be selected from the list available on our downloads page. There, select the CLI download option. After download is complete, open the installer and select the download package. Follow the instructions according to the installer. You can test the functionality by typing mediaconch --version into your command line prompt.

Mac users using Homebrew can install MediaConch by typing brew install mediaconch into the Terminal.
Linux users using Linuxbrew can also install MediaConch by typing brew install mediaconch into your command line prompt.

MediaConchOnline is available online as a test instance. For integration into your institution’s workflow, MediaConchOnline can be installed locally and run on any machine within your network. The source code for MediaConchOnline is available here.
