First step would be to deactivate redispatching, storage units and curtailment, and connect to a backend that is also capable of being "batched"
then we could force from the agent side to have sum (storage units, curtailment, redispatching) = 0
then we could adapt the redispatching routine to work on such environment

Still need to figure out the "done" part
