3 little issues

Hi BDonnot, thanks for this great job.

If I may, I have three little requests to correct little bugs :

• add scikit-learn in requirements.txt
• add an option to add mean-value (and std ?) of t-values for loads and productions.
• force solar forecast to 0 during night (when t+h is at night, not only t)
